Who to book with...
Marianne Wylie, MSW, RSW
Marianne provides services for couples with a particular focus on family systems and improving communication. Roles used to get our needs met and meet the needs of our partner(s) and how a shift in one person affects the other are explored. Patterns are explored not just within the couple system but also how they are carried from past generations and from the impact of the environment. Working from a strengths-based approach in identifying strong points, Marianne can help to strengthen the couple’s communication, roles and patterns of interacting.
Lara Hollway, MSW, RSW
Conflict in relationships and in families can feel daunting. How do you find ways to communicate in times of hurt and betrayal? How do you navigate major life transitions and times of stress? How do you increase your feelings of intimacy and love? Couples sessions provided by Lara are informed by the Gottman Method, which focuses on disarming conflict and increasing friendship and affection. Lara is also a certifying doula, which informs her counselling work as she supports couples navigating issues in pregnancy, post-partum, as well as sex and intimacy.
