In case you haven't heard: CMHA Mental Health Week, a week dedicated to highlighting the importance of mental health for ALL Canadians, will be taking place from May 7th-13th this year. Please use this week to celebrate, promote and acknowledge the role that good mental health plays in living a full and meaningful life.
...But we want to take it even one step further.
We want you to take THE ENTIRE MONTH OF MAY to focus on your OWN mental well-being. Because when we begin to live a happier and healthier life, everything else seems to fall into place.
So join us this May and accept our 30 Day Mental Health Challenge.
We have prepared small tasks for you to complete every day to help you gently cleanse your mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Our goal is to encourage you to always strive to become the best version of yourself... even after these 30 days are over!

TIP: You can reuse this over and over again as a reminder to look after your mental health each and every day. ❤️
