An Exercise For Intimate Relationships To Strengthen The Bond
A recent research study from the University of Groningen encourages couples to reminisce about their first memory of meeting each other. The study highlights that reminiscing with your partner about your first encounter can help retrieve the initial feelings you felt at the beginning of your relationship. Try asking your partner how they felt when the two of you met for the first time.
