Here’s a major symptom of HAVING TOO MUCH ON YOUR MIND! If you’re not absorbing information, you may be too anxious or stressed out and the logical, processing part of the brain is suppressed in favour of the emotional, survival-oriented part. Notice, take a few deep breaths, and relax your shoulders and stomach. I bet it’ll feel like you’re gently coming down to earth. From a more relaxed state, your ability to process and recall information improves!
