Does the sight of a closed door at the office give you heart palpitations? It would if you believe that people in there are talking negatively about you.
In a workplace that promotes respect amongst employees, a closed door means that progress is happening. It's a good thing.
If you engage in destructive criticism of others behind closed doors, you have to know that people will do the same to you when you're not around.
#Bethechange. If you are going to talk about others, speak as if they will hear everything you say. Give others the benefit of the doubt, be assertive and respectful, and don't let minor upsets fester until you find yourself "venting" about others. #workplacewellness
