Group Support & Debriefing Services

​Distressing situations in the workplace are unavoidable. Group Support and Debriefing can assist your organization by raising awareness of the emotional impact of stressful situations, helping your team work together, teaching helpful coping skills, and facilitating a return to normalcy. Group Support and Debriefing is a short-term group intervention that focuses on an immediate crisis. A crisis incident is an event that causes strong emotional reactions. This can be events such as violence in the workplace, pandemic support, trauma, a loss or sudden death, serious injury, or a threat to a person’s well-being. Together, we will discuss, explore, educate and support you and your business.
