Our services are not currently covered by OHIP, however most workplace benefits programs include coverage for sessions.

​What We Need to Get Started
​Non-Insured Health Benefits
​First Nation Status.
Clients can only access one therapist at a time, so any open treatment plan with this program must be closed before beginning sessions with our clinic.
​Status Number
Name of the therapist/clinic if you have attended sessions with another provider within the past year
​Indian Residential School – Resolution Health Support Plan
First Nation Status and connection to an attendee of an Indian Residential School.
​Status Number.
Name and date of birth of IRS attendee.
​Victim Quick Response Program

If you were a victim of a violent crime within the past 90 days. Incident has to have been reported to police.
Phone VQRP (1-888-579-2888) and choose a practitioner. They will assign you a claim number.
​VQRP Claim Number.
​WSIB/WCB
​Involvement in a workplace incident that was reported to the WSIB/WCB, for which you have been assigned a case manager.
WSIB Claim Number and approval from Case Manager for mental health services
Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance
Victim of, or associated with, a motor vehicle accident within the past 5 years (as of 2016).
