Magical Delusions Gala 2023 - In support of the KMH Wellness Foundation

Our Magical Delusions Gala in support of the KMH Wellness Foundation took place at the Delta Hotel on May 5th, was a dream come true. The night was overflowing with magical entertainment by Mackinley's Delusions, a delicious full-course meal provided by the Delta Hotel, beautiful decor and florals by Swag Events and George's Market & Celebrations, a generous silent auction donated by local individuals and businesses, and exciting music and dancing provided by Thunder & Light Entertainment. The proceeds of this incredible night were donated directly to the KMH Wellness Foundation's funded counselling services for those who cannot afford to access mental health and wellness services

Mental Health Matters Event January 21st, 2023
​ Community Awareness Event

Our annual Mental Health Matters Event will consist of various organizations that will come together to bring awareness to the on-going mental health crisis and shed light on the disconnect we have here in Thunder Bay. This incredible day will be filled with guest speakers, resources provided by local Mental Health and Wellness businesses, Giveaways, and much more.

This event is FREE to members of the public. Due to overhead costs, we are asking businesses/ organizations to pay a small fee to register their place of business. We will be accepting donations at the door for the KMH Foundation which is a nonprofit that supports individuals that cannot afford to access mental health services.

A Night of Magical Delusions - In Support of the KMH Foundation

In partnership with Mackinley's Delusions and the KMH Foundation, we hosted a Black Tie Gala Event at The Chanterelle located in Thunder Bay, ON. The night was overflowing with entertainment, a three-course meal, cash bar beverages, a silent auction, and more. The proceeds of this special night were donated directly to various community initiatives and funded counselling services for those in need.

​This event would not have been possible without our wonderful sponsors, prize donors, and generous ticket holders. The night's entertainment was brought to you by the Talented Mackinley's Delusions and Thunder & Light Entertainment. Mental Health Matters - Community Awareness Event

Our annual Mental Health Matters event consisted of various organizations that came together to bring awareness to the on-going mental health crisis and shed light on the disconnect we have here in Thunder Bay. Due to the increase in overdoses, sexual assault and drug use in Thunder Bay, we decided to focus on these businesses this year. Due to Covid-19, we had to keep our public health in mind. Our goal is to make this event bigger next year and bring more awareness to the on-going crisis we have in Thunder Bay. There were 187 suspected overdoses reported in July and August 2021, according to our local health unit. This number has grown substantially since 2017. We are in a crisis; we need to talk about it and provide resources for those in need. We hope you will join us next year as we continue to grow this event.
