Affirm your patterns for handling crisis and making decisions in the ebb and flow of your life tides. 
As a part of the process of living, we experience repetitions, falling into daily routines that make our lives smoother and somewhat predictable. On a larger scale, we have our own personal style in approaching crises and important decisions. 

After undergoing major changes, we fall back into our routine to gather or consolidate our personal resources in a similarly characteristic style. We even resist major changes in a repetitive way.

This exercise is designed to help us become acutely aware of these repetitions so that we can expand or change the way we experience them or let them go.
